Summer fruit daiquiri

Homemade Eggnog
Homemade eggnog is a far cry from the cloying, chemical-laden stuff that comes from cartons. Quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
In a blender combine the 3 cups fruit, the limeade concentrate, rum, and powdered sugar. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, gradually add ice cubes through opening in lid until mixture is desired thickness. Serve in glasses. If desired, garnish daiquiris with fruit pieces threaded on wooden skewers.

- 3 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches; unsweetened frozen peach slices, thawed; fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed; fresh or frozen cubed mango, thawed; or cubed, seeded watermelon
- 1/2 12 ounce can (3/4 cup) frozen limeade or lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) light rum or orange juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 cups ice cubes
Fresh peach chunks, small fresh strawberries, mango cubes, or watermelon cubes (optional) work well too)

strawberry margarita

- Kosher salt
- 10 lime wedges
- 3 cups Triple Sec or other orange liqueur
- 2 cups tequila
- 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup superfine sugar or powdered sugar
- 2cups fresh hulled strawberries
- Ice cubes
- Place salt on a small plate. Rub rims of eight glasses with one of the lime wedges. Dip rims of glasses in salt to coat; set aside.
- In a pitcher combine Triple Sec, tequila, lime juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Place strawberries and 1/4 cup of the tequila mixture in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Stir into remaining tequila mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
- Place ice cubes in salt-rimmed glasses. Pour tequila mixture over ice cubes. Garnish with remaining lime wedges.
mango cocktail

Ingredients
In a large glass pitcher, combine all ingredients; refrigerate until cold. Serve chilled, in cocktail glasses, garnished with fresh mango wedges.
- 3/4 cup(s) vodka (preferably Grey Goose)
- 1/3 cup(s) Cointreau
- 2 cup(s) mango puree
- 1/4 cup(s) lime juice
- Fresh mango wedges, for garnish
In a large glass pitcher, combine all ingredients; refrigerate until cold. Serve chilled, in cocktail glasses, garnished with fresh mango wedges.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce(s) peach vodka
- 1 ounce(s) cherry puree (just blend fresh pitted cherries)
- 1/2 ounce(s) peach liqueur
- 1/2 ounce(s) cherry brandy
- 1/2 ounce(s) lemon juice
- Sparkling wine, like Cava
- Cherry, for garnish
Shake all ingredients but the Cava over ice and strain into a flute glass. Top off with Cava. Garnish with a cherry.

Ingredients
Serves 3-4 drinks
Pour the Prosecco and vodka into 4 champagne flutes. Spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute. Sprinkle with mint and serve immediately

- 1/4 cup chilled vodka
- 2/3 cup frozen lemon sorbet
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves
Pour the Prosecco and vodka into 4 champagne flutes. Spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute. Sprinkle with mint and serve immediately
lsd (shooter)
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Scotch
- 1/2 oz. Drambuie Liqueur
Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass...
